OUR MOST POPULAR GRAND CANYON TOUR!

Beginning approximately 4 hours before sunset at the South Rim, the Grand Canyon Sunset Rim Tour typically visits our favorite locations along the east side of the South Rim’s Desert View Drive, as you ride comfortably in our tour van to each overlook. These vehicles are the perfect size to access any viewpoint in the park and are equipped with water bottles, blankets, binoculars, and umbrellas to ensure a comfortable Grand Canyon experience.

Once we arrive at each stop, we will disembark the van for breathtaking views, exploration, and engaging teaching related to everything we see.  Tours last around 4 hours, returning about 30 minutes after the sun sets. The exact duration may vary depending on when the sun is setting that day.  During the tour, your guide will lead you to several locations along the South Rim, sharing insights about the geology, plants, animals, and human history of the canyon, along with the biblical message of Creation and the Flood as recorded in the book of Genesis.

Near the end of the tour, we will stop at a favorite viewpoint to watch the sun set as it sinks below the horizon to the west.

Tours operate rain or shine in most conditions. On the rare occasion we need to cancel due to weather or not enough guest numbers, we’ll first try to reschedule you onto another tour. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
