ARIZONA ADVENTURE Sweepstakes Official Rules
- No purchase or donation is necessary. Free entry method described below in Section 4.
- The sweepstakes entry period runs from November 25th, 2022 to January 31st, 2023. All entries must be received before the cutoff date.
- Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Canyon Ministries Employees, Contractors, Board Members, and their immediate family members are not eligible for entry.
- Entry methods. Monetary donors to Canyon Ministries of any amount between November 25th 2022 and January 31st 2023, including monthly donors, are automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Free entry with no purchase or donation is available by sending a postcard with name, phone number, email address, and the words ARIZONA ADVENTURE to PO Box 307 Flagstaff, AZ 86002
- Only one entry per household will be accepted, regardless of entry method.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of total valid entries. Each entry will have equal weight and will be selected at random by electronic drawing.
- Drawing will take place on or around February 10th and winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
- The winning person will be given a variety of possible dates in 2023 to choose from in selecting the ARIZONA ADVENTURE.
- The ARIZONA ADVENTURE does not include flights or transportation to and from Flagstaff before and after prize, but does include all meals, hotel accommodations for three nights, tour costs, and transportation to each tour activity.
- Sweepstakes winner will receive ARIZONA ADVENTURE prize for themselves and may share it with one other person they select. Both participants will share the same hotel accommodations.
- The ARIZONA ADVENTURE prize may be given/transferred to another person if the winner so chooses.
- Approximate retail value of ARIZONA ADVENTURE is $995. No cash award will be made.

This unique experience will include three nights at a Flagstaff upscale hotel, all meals, and two days of incredible adventure including:
Day 0
- Arrive in Flagstaff and check into the hotel from 3:00 pm onward
- Grab a bite to eat, explore downtown, or visit some nearby attractions like the famous Lowell Observatory
Day 1
- Hot breakfast at the hotel
- A private 10-hour Triple Park Tour that includes the best of the Grand Canyon, Native ruins at Wupatki, and an exciting tour of a volcano at Sunset Crater National Monument
- Dinner in Flagstaff with Canyon Ministries Executive Director, Nate Loper
Day 2
- Hot breakfast at the hotel
- A day of horseback riding and western experience at the beautiful Gloryview Ranch, with “cowboy lunch” and inspirational biblical teaching from Gloryview founder, Jon Albert
- Optional hike through a Ponderosa pine forest to Sycamore Falls
- Special dinner for two at the historic Josephine’s in downtown Flagstaff
