We March Forth!

God continues to do incredible things here at Canyon Ministries, and we remain in awe of His work.

Once again, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported the ministry this past year. From prayers and financial gifts to notes and emails of encouragement, you have been the fuel that has kept us a strong voice in the wilderness. We praise God for you and for your place in our Canyon Ministries family.

We’d like to update you on this year so far, and we trust you’ll be encouraged. 2021 is shaping up to be a year full of promise—both in terms of the number of people we will reach for the kingdom and the number of people joining us for faith-building tours and adventures here in GRAND Canyon country. This March will go down in the books as the month with the most reservations we’ve ever had in any month of our existence.

This is particularly exciting for our team, considering that last March the Grand Canyon National Park was shut down, and many of our tours and river trips were canceled due to COVID closures. When things started opening back up in late May, we were fortunate to be invited by the park to be one of only 10% of tour companies allowed to resume operations with modified tours.

What a difference this March has been! While we are still following COVID mitigation protocols—reducing the number of people per tour and adhering to other safety guidelines—the reservations for the next three months have been nothing short of a miracle. People are eager to experience God’s creation, and we are eager to share it with them.

It’s truly amazing to see the growth in the number of people coming to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the Grand Canyon and to engage with the faith-building messages we offer on every tour. Each group, whether for a brief sunset excursion or a multi-day river trip, is eager to learn more about God’s creation, His Word, and how the Grand Canyon beautifully aligns with a biblical worldview. Their thirst for knowledge and for deepening their relationship with the Creator has been a source of encouragement and inspiration for our team. We have seen families, couples, and individuals return to the Canyon with fresh eyes, hearts open to the truth, and a renewed appreciation for the natural world God has entrusted to us.

As we look ahead to the next several months, we are filled with anticipation for what God has in store. There are so many new opportunities to share the message of biblical creation, God’s great design, and the transformative power of faith in Christ. With the continued blessings of strong bookings, increasing interest in our educational programs, and partnerships with like-minded organizations, we are more confident than ever that this will be one of the most impactful years for Canyon Ministries.

We are also excited to continue developing new programs and resources that will allow us to reach even more people—whether through online content, expanded tour offerings, or new educational initiatives. Our team is committed to using every available tool to share the gospel and to bring others into a deeper understanding of God’s work in creation.

Thank you again for being such a vital part of this ministry. Your support, whether through prayers, financial contributions, or simply by spreading the word about Canyon Ministries, is making a difference. We are so grateful for each one of you, and we look forward to continuing this incredible journey together. May God bless you abundantly in the months to come, and we hope to see you in Grand Canyon country soon!

For the King!
